Director: Dorothée Frénot

Synopsis

People literally love chicken. It is everywhere: in school canteens, restaurants, supermarkets, fresh food aisles… It comes in several forms but the most famous is the chicken nugget made popular by fast-food restaurants. Why is it such a success? Cheaper than beef, healthier and less fat than pork, chicken meat went through sanitary crisis or food scandals over the years without suffering noticeable damages.

What do we really know about its production? Is it really harmless for our kids? What are the secrets of chicken nuggets?
