You must log in to watch this program.
Category: Business & Economics, Society
Duration: 1 x 52’
Production year: 2010
Director: Jean-Karl Lambert

Synopsis

Use of olive oil has increased 5 times in the last 20 years. Some people sampled olive oil as if it was a vintage wine. This oil is known for its numerous benefits : good for health, anti cholesterol and dietetic ! However it has a price : from 5 to 10 euros the litter of industrialized oil, and from 15 to 40 euros for the local producers. Still, olive oil does not only attract Mediterranean flavours lovers. Truckers like olive oil too and use it as a summer counterfeit.
